Allure Salon & Spa values each and every guest and our first priority is to make sure that your experience at the salon is the absolute best experience possible.
Allure Salon & Spa policies are presented and provided in the best quality and with the best intentions. Your reservation is very important to the team members at Allure Salon & Spa. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our staffs schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and excellent service for our established and future clientele.
We hope this policy will help to cut down on no-shows and last minute cancellations and, therefore, allow us to accommodate more of our guests and continue to offer the best experience possible. You may notify us of cancellation via phone call, voicemail, email, or Facebook Message.

Our Cancellation/No Show Policy is as follows:
- We respectfully require a 48 hour notice for appointment adjustments. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled service(s) OR decline to arrive for your reservation, the credit card we have on file for you will be charged 100% of the full price of all scheduled service(s).
All guests are required to place a credit card on file in order to book a reservation. Your card will not be charged unless our cancellation policy is violated. If you do not wish to have your credit card on file, but would still like to make an appointment, please contact our Front Desk Team where you will be given the option to pre-pay for your services.
