ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Our Associate Program is a hands-on, immersive training experience designed to build confidence, skill, and long-term success behind the chair. As an associate, you’ll be paired with a dedicated service provider who will mentor you in technical excellence, guest experience, and business-building strategies.
This performance-based program follows a structured level system, guiding you through every stage of your growth with clear goals and support. Our salon environment is built on collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning—ensuring you’re never growing alone.
